DescriptionProject Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.As a Senior TPM for Kuiper Enterprise Technology, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across Kuiper enterprise applications suite of SAP systems. You will anticipate bottlenecks, use high judgment to make trade-offs, and balance the business needs with technical constraints. Your ability to understand the big picture of the project design and anticipate and plan dependencies is crucial as well to take large, complex projects, break them into manageable pieces, and deliver timely results is crucial.A day in the life
Understand business requirements working with PMT, Business stakeholders, super users
Work with engineering teams (SAP Developers, Functional designers, process designers, security, Admin and other members) to understand the effort needed
Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth
Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
Identify and escalate risks, manage issue resolution
Bring in project management best practices , setup right processes, align with existing processes to delivery results
Earn trust from the engineering team, stakeholders and leadership
Setup Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence.

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
3+ years managing SAP project deliveries

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
