Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will support new customer construction projects with one of the state's largest utilities. You will work closely with project managers to assist the construction and engineering teams. This role involves supporting both front-end and back-end construction projects related to electrical distribution, both overhead and underground. The right candidate will be able to function in a fluid environment and maintain consistent communication with the team.Responsibilities

Asset and Location Management

Create and process Service Orders

Create and track permit packages

Reconcile material orders

Create Project Sites in systems

Convert Service Work Order to Capital Work Orders

Routing Job packets

Schedule Meter Shop Inspections and meter installations

Document Control

Data Integrity checks within Work Management systems

Manage Lighting Outages and Schedule Crews

Work Order Close Outs

Handle Electric Vehicle Rebates

Essential Skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products

2-5 years of experience in project administration and coordination in utilities or construction management

Experience managing up to at least 20 work activities during a regular work week

SAP Experience (preferred)

Familiarity with utility operations and utility service workflows

Data management experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

AutoCAD, Drafting, Utility, Civil, Electrical, Distribution, Transmission, Construction Coordination

Experience with RFI/WO Documentation

Knowledge of overhead distribution, underground utilities, underground distribution, piping design, gas system, gas system design, electric system design, utilities, PUD, public utility district

Familiarity with GIS mapping tools for location-specific projects (preferred)

Experience monitoring project dashboards, familiarity with Power BI is a plus

Work EnvironmentOffice environment with construction crews coming and going.
