Job Title: Preconstruction ManagerJob DescriptionResponsible for Preconstruction Management for retrofit, expansion, and initiative industrial building projects/programs. Manages all design, schedule, budgeting aspects, ensuring coordination and risk mitigation for on-time project delivery. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress. Ensures compliance with design criteria, spending, and transaction policies while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Prepares reports for upper management regarding project status. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area. Familiarity with various design and construction concepts, practices, and procedures is essential. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs various tasks, leads, and directs the work of others. A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
