Part-Time Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Part-Time Bookkeeper in Bellevue, Washington. The selected candidate will join a team where they will be responsible for managing payroll, handling full cycle bookkeeping and maintaining financial records using various software tools. Responsibilities: Processing payroll for a small number of employees Managing full cycle bookkeeping operations Handling a high volume of entries with precision Utilizing Bill.com for transaction processing and transferring data to QuickBooks Coding credit card transactions into QuickBooks Online Setting up a new banking platform for a new entity Working with software tools such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify and Gusto Ensuring accurate account reconciliations Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Performing bank reconciliations as required Conducting data entry tasks and using Microsoft Excel for various functions Handling Month End Close activities Assuring all payroll activities are compliant with regulations.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary Must have expertise in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations is essential Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles is needed Must be adept at Data Entry tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required Experience in Month End Close activities is a must Must have knowledge of Payroll management Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
