- At least 5 years of relevant experience required. Projects may be marketing operational initiatives, or marketing communications creative development in nature.
- This position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures – projects have clear start/end dates and are clearly identified as a “project” by the business.
- Must have experience in customer communications and creative development.
- Proven skills and practical knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Possess the capability to operate at both the strategic and tactical details.
- Passion to make things better at every opportunity. Ability to coordinate between creative development teams and business stakeholders. Experience managing highly complex projects with team members that are disbursed.
- Proven ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and organization skills. Communicate clearly and have the ability to deliver complex messages Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teamwork in and across teams and organizations.
