We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Salesforce Administrator – focused on delivering Salesforce and other tooling solutions for the WW Access Points Business Operations organization.Pickup and Returns growth is driving a rapid expansion of its world-wide team and the need for an experienced Salesforce.com (SFDC) Admin to take the lead in developing and administrating custom solutions to provide secure communication, storage, and collaboration across multiple business teams and external users. By collaborating with business and working closely with program managers and leadership, you will be building solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable. You will be responsible for designing solutions, owning the engineering, testing, release, and support of the applications. As a SFDC Admin, you will take ownership over our existing SFDC instance, it’s documentation, it’s development, it’s architectural approach, it’s delivery and support of all the solutions pushed to production.The successful candidate must be able to work directly, in a hands-on way, with the system/data, lead multiple technical projects or portions at one time, as well as provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform. They will play the role of liaison between the customer and various technical teams. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. They will have superb communication and project-management skills, and will be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will deliver simple solutions to complex problems.Come help us build with the world’s leading CRM at one of the world’s largest companies, where every day is still day one.Key job responsibilitiesManage Salesforce.com CRM including support requests and escalated administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues.

Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy across the system.

Partner with global business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve critical business needs.

Roadmap development and prioritization in partnership with the business team and stakeholders.

Participate in change management process. Drive communication efforts across relevant stakeholders.

Evaluating complex business and technical requirements, communicating inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners.

Develops and implements business user stories with limited or no code changes.

Hands on configuration of new and existing Salesforce.com features including user management, roles/profiles, Permission Sets, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, Managed Packages.

Basic Qualifications

4-year college degree in computer science or computer engineering; alternate degrees that seem related may be considered; higher amounts of overall work experience may also be considered, in lieu of the 4-year degree

In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes

Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications

5+ years of hands-on engineering experience on the Force.com platform

5+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex and/or SOQL/SOSL

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience in building integrations between systems, developing and calling REST or SOAP APIs

Deep hands-on technical expertise in building APIs and highly scalable web applications with AWS

Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)

Knowledge of best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operational excellence

The base pay for this position ranges from $84,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $215,100/year in our highest geographic market.
