Description This is a HYBRID role - you can work out of the Bellevue or Seattle office! (3 days in, 2 out - Days/week flexible)Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Oversees and establishes procedures for paperwork completion for functional area. Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.Has the ability to support global operations business and run WW talent programs. Has Strong ability to program manage high impact HR programs to support business including stakeholder management and change management. Has the ability to foresee priorities for the organization and coach leaders to enhance employee experience.Requirements Requirements: · Leading global programs· Acumen to understand differences in impact – Americas, India, etc· 5-8 years’ experience in HR generalist· Relevant experience in supporting operations group (AI, tech, customer service)· Looking for out of box thinker, capable to change mindset and learn and adapt, younger in industry· Flavor of HRBP and program management – not necessarily in title but project· Graduation degree – Bachelor’s or Associate’s in HR, leaning toward experience· Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel· Analytical ability· Lead large scale programsExperience with leading large-scale programs, project management, and/or business partnershipsProven business acumen to understand differences in impact for global partnershipsDegree or Certification:Associate’s or Bachelor’s in relevant study - Not as concerned about degree, looking more at experience KPIs:Meet or raise bar of expectations, team player, utilizing good judgement, work independentlyLeadership Principles:
