Will cover a wide range of duties across several different environments including retail, office, and exterior spaces. Job duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:· Performs repair or general maintenance work on facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various properties including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, dry wall repairs, masonry, painting, and snow removal.· Responds to trouble calls, customer complaints, equipment failures, and work requests performing general repairs.· Documents all service calls in computer-based building management program.Qualifications:· Minimum 1-2 years of facilities maintenance or handyman experience· Light electrical, light plumbing, light carpentry, and painting experience is strongly preferred· Working knowledge of hand and power tools· Must possess a valid Driver LicenseShift:8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday)Related Skills & Job Titles:Facilities maintenance, handyman, painter, carpenter, apartment maintenance, assisted living maintenance, plumbing, maintenance technicianAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
