If so, then we invite you to read on. ABOUT THIS ROLE St. Michael’s is hiring a Vice President of Client Experience. As the Vice President of Client Experience, you will oversee cost, schedule and performance of all professional services contracts to our federal clients. You will focus on delighting our DoD, IC, and DHS clients and growing our sales on existing contracts. Our core values of Excellence in Reputation, Commitment, Dependability, Teamwork, and Candor will be paramount to this role as you will oversee St. Michael’s client delivery operations and be responsible for providing exceptional professional services on all contracts . LOCATION Woodbridge, VA (Hybrid) WHO YOU ARE

Proven track record delivering exceptional cost, schedule, and performance of services contracts with total combined annual value >$30M in DoD/IC/DHS. Experience with financial, acquisition, and/or security services desired.

Exceptional results of successful delivery as shown in CPAR scores

Successful experience in leading, teaching, and mentoring client-facing leaders at the portfolio, program, and task order level

Proven record of successfully identifying, capturing, and winning growth opportunities with current clients

Experience developing and nurturing government client and contract teammate relationships to drive positive business results

Experience in leading and negotiating, win/win partnerships and compliant contracts

Ability to develop, track, and attain performance metrics that support a profitable business

Strong leadership, problem solving and decision-making abilities

Strong understanding of the federal competitive acquisition process, including pricing

Strong executive presence, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience, with strong execution, innovation and passion for growth

Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
