Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • • Customer retention
  • • Memorizing and using scripts, and verbiage to schedule appts for customers to come into the dealership

Looking for bilingual candidates (spanish &english)

We are a dealer group (auto giants) based in the united states of america-virginia and maryland.

Emailing and texting in the crm is required as well.

Prompt responses to customer questions, emails, text messages are a must. Work week is 50 hours per week scheduled from 9am to 8pm eastern time.

We are open everyday of the week and you will get two days off every week.
