Property maintenance company looking for experience handyman/ property maintenance staff
Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
-Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards
-Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner
-Maintain landscaping, common areas, and building exteriors
-Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
-Keep accurate maintenance records and follow company protocols
Qualifications:
-Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
-Knowledge of basic repairs and handyman skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor
-Valid driver’s license preferred
