Busy Construction/Maintenance firm needs a responsible and reliable person to fill an immediate opening for a Maintenance Tech. If you are looking for a family oriented job where you are treated fairly, have paid holidays, paid sick leave and vacation, truck and tools supplied, and are guaranteed 40 hours this is the job you have been looking for. In order to qualify you MUST have NO felony convictions (at all) or misdemeanor convictions involving theft or violence. Even if they have been expunged from your record it won't work - and we do check. You must also have a good driving record (no DUI's in 5 years), reliable transportation to work, neat and clean appearance, and ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
