J.D. Eicher Builder - Warrenton, VA
Looking to hire a foreman for high end residential construction projects. Duties include but not limited to:
Supervision, protection, and cleanliness of job site
Perform all carpentry labor and manage additional labor force on project
Supervision of subcontractors; quality of work, specification agreement, quantity of work and job site behavior
Studying and knowing all job paperwork to include plans, specifications, change orders
Maintain all job paperwork as required by Project Manager
Check for accuracy of all materials delivered to job site for quantity and quality
Ensuring overall client satisfaction
On site meetings with clients, architects and Project Manager - clean appearance and problem solving required
