WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an extravert with natural sales skills who can make recruiting calls to financial professionals. As an Executive Recruiter you will be helping companies find top talent. This position is unique because you will be receive some of the best training available. This is not a job, but rather a career where you will be building something for you. You must have natural sales / people skills and be willing to be on the phone most of the day.
HOURS & PAY
We are flexible on hours and work schedule, but you must have at least 30 hours per week to devote. We pay large commissions based on performance. A good recruiter in this position can make $50k – $200k per year working 30 – 40 hours per week. A temporary training salary is available.
