Need fulltime person to perform maintenance and general electrical, plumbing, painting, fix-it jobs at seven locations in the Northern Virginia area. Must be reliable, have references and good transportation. Job is salaried with vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement. Each location has a running list of "to-do" jobs, including minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, wallboard repairs, etc. Flexible schedule, but must be available for emergency calls on weekends and holidays. Ability to recommend and oversee major repairs by outside contractors when necessary. Landscaping skills a plus, but not required. Outside jobs allowed so long as we retain priority on all work.
