Looking for strong lead carpenter/remodeler who is multi-skilled with general and finish carpentry, general exterior remodeling, flooring, drywall, painting, light plumbing and light electrical experience needed for leading General Contractor and Insurance Restoration company. 2nd generation family owned and family oriented company with many long time employees looking for long-term team members. Must be a self-starter, have good communication skills, have positive attitude, be on time, respectful, willing to work hard by yourself on jobs or with other team members.
Must have valid VA driver's license and authorized to work in the USA. Must be willing to submit for background investigation and random drug testing. Paid vacation, holidays, health insurance reimbursement and other benefits/options available after 30 day new employee probationary period. Work radius is generally within 60 minutes of Winchester. Company supplied vehicle and gas card are available for qualified individuals. M-F full time hours, no or limited work on weekends.
Skills needed include: general remodeling, trim carpentry, cabinetry, light framing, drywall, painting, flooring (LVP and tile), light electrical, light plumbing, siding, light roofing, etc. Know some of these trades but not all? Willing to learn and grow? We can help teach you.
