We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. Duties include-
- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing
- Take dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
Experience-
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required- willing to train out of school
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions
- Experience with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
- Ability to follow aseptic techniques and maintain infection control standards
