JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our caregivers assist clients with many ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) associated with maintaining an active and fulfilling life. These activities may include:
Assist with bathing, dressing and personal grooming
Assist with meal planning, prep and serve, feeding - as needed
Assist with toileting - to and from bathroom, in the bathroom and incontinence care- as needed
Light housekeeping - keeping client area clean and hazard free, vacuum, dust, kitchen maintenance after meals, bathroom maintenance, changing bedding, laundry (wash, dry, fold)
Ambulation - transfer assist - as needed, able to support client to standing position, use of gait belt, able to push a wheelchair with client seated, basic movement and range of motion exercises
Escorting to appointments and errands - shopping, pharmacy pick-ups, medical
Assist with sorting mail, making lists for shopping, conversation, playing games, puzzles or crafts
THE MUST HAVES:
Eligibility to work in the U.S.
1 year of experiences caring for the elderly
