Looking for a friendly, outgoing, thoughtful individual that would like to join our small team. Looking for a back server that will work in tandem with our front servers to provide amazing guest experiences. The role will be responsible for running food, helping reset tables, as well as set up and break down as part of the greater team.
We're a nationally recognized wine bar and need some one that with high standards. Willing to train and there's room to grow into front server and sommeliers here. We care about our team and pay a starting pay of $10 an hour. all hourly staff are in the tip pool providing sustainable jobs for the whole team.
Right candidate has
- some restaurant experience
- outgoing personality
- can manage time effectively
- can stand for 5 hours at a time
- can lift 30 pounds
- can go up and down stairs repeatedly.
- curious, fun, plays well with others.
- have reliable transportation to Middleburg, VA
