Looking for a self-motivated, creative cook to join the L'Auberge Provencale team! We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as with our Chef/Owner, Alain Borel and Head Chef Alex Sakelakos. We offer a menu for breakfast for our inn guests and serve up to 28 people for breakfast. For dinner, we serve our Inn guests as well as the general public. This is a great way to learn and improve skills. This is an entry level position in our kitchen with room for growth and upward mobility for the right person. Job Duties:
Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
