CPA firm in Middleburg, VA in search of tax accountant with a minimum of 3-5 years of public accounting experience. We are a local firm with a focus on tax planning and preparation for individuals and small businesses. Responsibilities include individual and business tax preparation, payroll tax compliance, client accounting support and communications.
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
A positive and hardworking attitude with excellent customer service skills
A practical understanding of accounting, bookkeeping and current tax law
A degree in accounting/tax, CPA license or CPA candidate would be preferred
Fast learner with the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and writing skills
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and networks
UltraTax experience (or similar tax package)
MUST have strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Must be able to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
