The team is diverse, the questions are thought-provoking, and the opportunities for growth and advancement are numerous.SummaryThe successful candidate will provide support to the Sponsor’s data quality assurance activities, with a particular focus on ensuring data quality/integrity, trend monitoring, and working with new sources.Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities

Working with new data sources to ensure data is understandable and meets Sponsor’s quality standards, and performing manual testing/quality checks before data is put into production

Monitoring data quality and flows to ensure data is consistent, timely, accurate, and uninterrupted in support of Sponsor’s mission

Recommending process improvements to reduce/eliminate future data quality issues and/or minimize the need for manual intervention

Recommending enhanced measures of data quality that can be used to inform the Sponsor’s overall data strategy

Maintaining consistent, proactive, and timely communication with Sponsor management and other internal stakeholders, particularly in regards to data quality issues, and events that may impact other mission capabilities

Preparing and presenting reports, deliverables, and briefings as required

Collaborating with teammates, internal technical teams, vendors, Sponsor management, and analysts to build relationships and achieve objectives

Required Experience, Skills, & Technologies

Proactive approach to data analysis and trend monitoring, with a consistent eye toward optimization

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate results/findings to all audiences

Strong ability to evaluate data based on objective technical requirements and subjective analytical requirements

1+ years of relevant data analysis experience

High School Diploma or GED

Master's degree can replace 1 years of experience; and/or any relevant certification can replace 6 months of experience ​

Desired Experience, Skills & Technologies

Familiarity with SQL

Demonstrated experience using Jira to track tasks to completion

Previous manual testing experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

Use hands to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
