Payroll Clerk

Description We are seeking a Payroll Clerk in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in VIRGINIA BEACH, Virginia. This role involves supporting our Accounting Department through a variety of payroll and accounts payable tasks.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently processing payroll Updating, analyzing, and reporting on payroll, employee expenses, and accounts payable information Assisting employees with payroll-related inquiries Upholding our core values of respect, passion, and professionalism Utilizing accounting software systems and ADP Workforce Now for financial services Handling full cycle payroll and bi-monthly payroll Dealing with payroll garnishments and benefits payroll Conducting audits related to payroll and accounts payable Managing accounting functions and benefit functions Processing and reconciling biweekly payroll. Requirements Minimum of 1 year experience in a payroll clerk role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Experience with ADP - Financial Services, and ADP Workforce Now Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) Experience in Auditing Knowledge of Benefit Functions Experience in managing bi-Monthly Payroll Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll Knowledge of Benefits Payroll Proven experience in Payroll Understanding of Payroll - Garnishments Experience in Payroll Functions Ability to Process Payroll Skills in Reconciling Payroll Experience in Processing Biweekly Payroll Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
