Exciting opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapist looking for career advancement. We are looking for a Lead Physical Therapist and/or Clinic Director to help lead and run our physical therapy department. Ideal candidate enjoys working on an interdisciplinary team and has an entrepreneurial spirit. Will help be responsible for the direct management and oversight of assigned team members and assist with leading day to day operations. Must be a role model on the floor treating patients. 80% patient care, 20% management. Experience in outpatient sport and spine preferred along with an interest in treating with a holistic approach and or a speciality niche skill set. This position is full of growth and opportunity. May consider someone interested in part time hours. Possibilities exist for right candidate. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Being the primary point of contact to address all needs related to their team or department
Assisting with Marketing by being a subject matter expert and working with Marketing Director to assure ongoing incoming leads and referrals to build the practice
Coordinating resources and staffing to provide excellent clinical care and customer experience.
Must have the ability to effectively supervise and direct a team and ensure staff are adhering to company policies and procedures and adheres to standards of excellence staying aligned with our values, mission, vision.
Developing good working relationships with internal and external customers.
Effective communication with others on our leadership team to assure compliance and successful operations (Marketing Director, Front Office Manager, Chief Executive Officer)
Positive interactions with patients/families and other health and fitness professionals (i.e patients, vendors, referral sources, physicians, etc.)
Being self initiated and independent in clinical judgment and problem solving
Primarily responsible for clinical outcomes and customer feedback related to this location.
Must complete documentation in a timely manner while treating clients to assure billing claims get generated.
Completes weekly, monthly reports and/or audits as necessary to ensure compliance, quality success and practice health.
Builds trust and exhibits integrity with resources and privileges.
Salary based off professional career experience and expertise. Active State Licensure in Virginia Required.
