TEKsystems is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing company in Virginia Beach, VA. DescriptionThey will be entering orders/quotes, checking on late purchase orders, and confirming purchase orders, occasionally on phone with customers as needed. Will be assisting in the Customer Service Department as the LLC side of the company continues to transition due to their recent SAP implementation. The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Customer Service Supervisor (CSS). The CSA handles all scheduling/shipping of LTL/air shipments, and entering frt, invoicing, reports from LN, filing, maintenance of copier/fax, final authorization of credit cards, processes RGA"s and credits and other CS office duties.Additional Skills & QualificationsWill operate a computer, typewriter, adding machine/calculator, copier and/or other office machines.May conduct research for information as requested, generate LN reports as requested.Enters freight on sales orders.Manages Electronic Customer Portals for order confirmations and invoicing.Pre-Authorization and Finalizes credit card orders for Virginia Beach.Reviews the draft invoices for errors before the final invoicing is completedProcesses credits.Coordinate and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure quality services to customers.Assists CSM with New ItemsBack up to ReceptionProcessing of Evaluations and Field Trials and trackingAssists Customer Service with order entry and E-shop ordersPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
