Provide software engineering, plann, design, analysis, and develop complex software models and applications across multiple hardware and software platforms, requirements assessment and definition, system test, and system security, including early state planning and conceptual problem definition through problem resolution, and from feasibility analysis through project implementation. Frequently supports several tasks concurrently and evaluates problems of workflow, organization, and planning, develop corrective actions, prepares and performs presentations at technical interchange meetings and project design reviews.2) Functional FI Analyst / LCAT: Functional Analyst – Senior NETSS-0423TB08; 10 years SAP ERP with minimum 5 years recent FI/FM experience in DoD enterprise, confirm, design, and develop business requirement definition, configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support experince, to automate management and external reporting of gl, ar/ap and cash management. Manage posting periods and period end closing; and enable open and integrated data flow between financial account and the other components of the SAP system. Business process guidance on SAP requirements, design configure, data migration, interface, and functional guidance, to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs.5) Functional SD Analyst NETSS-0523TB03 / LCAT: Functional Analyst - Senior; 10 years SD, functional and technical multiple project assignments in support of and across key tasks and high impact assignments. Business process guidance on requirements, design/configure to create and process sales orders including development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs, plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success as well as analyzing proposed improvements or changes.6) Functional SMD Analyst NETSS-0523TB04 / LCAT: Functional Analyst – Senior; 5 years SMD, (specifically in Workforce Management), Order Fulfillment, Purchase Request, MILSTRIP, DLA purchase, with SAP APO to execute demand forecasting and supply planning. Business process guidance on SAP requirements and design, configure business process to procure goods and services, convert a buy-repair plan, sales order, process and convert PRs to purchase orders through commercial contracting, purchase card, buyer funding document, sent to another government agency; record obligations, process invoices, present briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.7) OCM Training Analyst NETSS-0523TB05 / LCAT: Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Senior; 9 years OCM processes and methodologies for large SAP implementations. Business process guidance on SAP requirements, design and configure SAP SMD to procure goods and services by converting a buy-repair plan, sales order, third-party request to a purchase request, PRs to purchase orders through commercial contracting, purchase card, MILSTRIP for Navy/DLA purchase, buyer funding document.8) Provide business process guidance on requirements, design, and configuration of SD business processes including sales orders, development of quotations, orders, and invoices and subsequent billing runs. Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases, define user authorization requirements, prepare and conduct briefings, demos, training sessions as well as define user authorization requirements. Analyze document, report, escalate, triage, and resolve issues / defects / bugs, provide testing metrics to show progress of each regression test event, create, update, and maintain test strategy, standard operating procedures, processes, policies, etc. surrounding regression test.10) SAP OCM Lead – Senior / LCAT: Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Senior NETSS-0423TB10; Minimum 3 years Organizational Change Management processes and methodologies for large DoD SAP implementations, with multiple delivery medias for executing communications. Facilitate the adoption of new SAP functionality, perform stakeholder assessments and interviews, identify business impacts of system/process changes, execute communications and engagement strategies to drive adoption. Act as an evangelist for OCM within the project team and with the client. Job Duties are Stakeholder Analysis 25%, Communications, Change Impacts 25%, and Integration of OCM into project 25%.11) SAP Training Analyst – Journeyman / LCAT: Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Journeyman NETSS-0423TB12; Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting training development and delivery for large SAP implementations with minimum 1 years SuccessFactors or Enable Now training tools in a DoD environment. Proven ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, full software development lifecycle. Develop a robust training capability for an SAP Implementation, develop training material for web-based trainings, job aides, etc. Conduct evaluations and analyzing feedback. Must have a strong understanding of SAP functionality.12) SAP Training Lead – Senior / LCAT: Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Senior NETSS-0523TB13; Minimum 9 years leading training for large DoD SAP ERP implementations with minimum 5 years SuccessFactors or Enable Now and Supervisory experince in DoD SAP enterprise environment. Manage a team of trainers to develop training material for new DoD SAP ERP Functionality, develop robust training capability. Design and develop web-based training material. Conducts evaluations and analyzes feedback13) Technical UM Analyst NETSS-0523TB06 / LCAT: User Management – Journeyman; 5 years SAP ERP with minimum 3 years SAP Security, GRC with strong cross functional support and MS Office Suite. Provide guidance on SAP security requirements and design, confirm/develop business and authorization requirements, configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support, develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases, Prepare/conduct briefings, demos, or training sessions as needed in support of SAP UM team.14) Technical UM Analyst NETSS-0523TB07 / LCAT: User Management – Senior; 6 years SAP ERP, User Management/UM, with focus on customer service and responsiveness and strong understanding of SCG impact.
