Job Title: Lead ServiceNow Mobile Application Programmer-1099 ConsultantJob Location: Remote (DMV area)Job DescriptionSyneren is currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Mobile Application Programmer. The ideal candidate has experience administering ServiceNow’s Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, thrives in a team atmosphere, takes pride in his/her work, is committed to a highly proactive, process-driven approach and is proficient in ServiceNow Mobile Studio. We are seeking an experienced professional skilled in utilizing ServiceNow Mobile Studio for the development and support of mobile solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our development team to enhance and adapt our existing ServiceNow applications for optimal mobile functionality, ensuring a robust and user-friendly mobile experience.Responsibilities:
Development of ServiceNow solutions as an agile scrum team member.
Takes the lead in development situations and/or discussing issues, jumping in to share knowledge.
Proactively utilize ServiceNow Mobile Studio for the development and support of mobile solutions in helping to improve ServiceNow Ticketing and responsiveness.
Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.
May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
Able to manage time and arrive early or on time for regularly scheduled and standing meetings.
Qualifications:
ServiceNow Developer Certification is required.
BS/BA degree in a related area (or equivalent), and 2 to 4 years of experience in related areas.
Must be able to successfully pass a government background investigation.
