We are seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team supporting the implementation of our campus recruitment strategy and operations. In this role you will work collaboratively with the Campus Recruitment team and Cherry Bekaert associates to provide a best in class experience for our campus recruits. You will cultivate relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, department heads, and Career Service employees at our target campuses to help achieve campus recruitment goals and support our continued growth.This role will be focused on our Mid-Atlantic region.As a Campus Recruiter, you will:
Actively engage client service professionals on best practices and effective execution of campus recruiting strategies for their respective regions.
Establish and cultivate relationships with students, student organizations, university officials, faculty, department heads, and Career Service employees at our target campuses to help achieve campus strategy and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Coordinate the pre-identification and internship programs
Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented, diverse students
Coordinate all logistics associated with hosting on-campus activities at assigned target schools, including scheduling interviews, arranging receptions, career fairs, activities, presentations with key clubs and organizations (e.g. BAP, NABA chapters), etc.
Assist with logistics for the office visit process
Implement the candidate offer decision process
Assist in the facilitation of intern and entry-level candidate onboarding process with other HR resources to ensure high level of candidate care and nurturing occurs from point of acceptance to commencement of employment.
Partner with Campus team to engage with prospective candidates and build the Cherry Bekaert brand on social media
Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system as well as monitoring campus job postings. Utilize the applicant tracking system and other reporting tools to capture all recruiting and hiring activity.
Participate in special projects
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree; or 3 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous administrative experience with recruiting is preferred
Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; demonstrated working knowledge of common HRIS operating systems is a plus
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology platforms and/or skills
Travel required (up to 10%), including some overnight trips, particularly during campus recruiting season.
Candidates must demonstrate they are eligible to work in the United States.
Strong sense of accountability, ownership and pride in work performed; self-managing, results-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Comfortable working in a multi-disciplined, matrixed and growing organization
Strong relationship-focused skillset
Some working knowledge of recruitment operating platforms and Excel
