We are seeking a visionary and results-driven solutions leader for our Adobe Practice to lead the expansion of our Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech, and Content technologies to drive and increase company revenue. This role requires a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, including 10+ years focused on Martech, Content, and Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling Martech and Content practices, along with deep expertise in Adobe’s ecosystem, including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer), Campaign, Target, Commerce, Analytics, Audience Manager, Magento, Marketo, Workfront, and Experience Cloud.This is a strategic, end-to-end leadership role that encompasses building capabilities, developing innovative solutions, creating go-to-market (GTM) propositions, fostering people development, enabling sales, and supporting delivery excellence. The Adobe Practice Leader will also bring executive consulting experience to the table, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

Strategic and Executive Consulting:Provide strategic consulting to C-level executives, helping them define their digital transformation roadmaps.Advise clients on leveraging Adobe technologies to achieve their business objectives, including customer experience optimization, personalization, and operational efficiency.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, positioning the organization as a trusted partner.Thought Leadership:Represent the organization as a thought leader in the Adobe ecosystem through blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Commerce, Martech, and Content, and incorporate them into the practice’s offerings.Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and technologies within the Adobe ecosystem.
