LOS & POS Project Managers

Location: remote

Duration: 6+ month contract

Softworld client is seeking two Project Managers with experience implementing mortgage applications/systems. One PM will focus on Loan Origination (LOS) and the other will focus on Point of Sale (POS) systems. Client uses Encompass for LOS and Tavant for POS. Experience with those platforms specifically is most desirable, but also open to candidates with broad experience implementing multiple similar platforms for LOS and POS.

Proven experience with:

Mortgage banking

Leading projects and change - not a supporting role

PM discipline skills

Change management experience (Prosci preferred)

Strong analytical skills

Cost benefit analysis

Business process change

Building a business case

Senior executive presentations and communications

Able to work in a rapidly moving environment

Candidates must be able to talk holistically about making change happen in a mortgage business. They will talk about business process change, internal communications, training, preparing leadership/management, managing stakeholders, managing sponsors, risks, controls, dependencies, assumptions, resistance management, and mitigation plans. They will use examples from past experience in mortgage originations / servicing.
