Job Description Mandatory Skills: MUST have strong in-depth knowledge in Time and Labor along with Payroll Module. Description: Work directly with the Principal HRIS Analyst to assist with the development and implementation of PeopleSoft HCM projects, using specific expertise in Time & Labor module. Researches and reviews policies and practices to create requirements for design and development specification. Partners with Principal HRIS Analyst to Identify use cases and test scenarios. Writes detailed test scripts, conducts unit testing, and manages UAT processes Collaborate with functional and technical staff to develop, design and provide training documentation for HRIS processes and trains staff as needed.
