Long Term On Going Media and Marketing Project coming to Southwest Virginia. THIS IS AN ON THE JOB INTERN POSITION. Many creative talents, who live rural, never get exposed to the process of Television, Marketing, Film, Publishing, TV and Marketing - that is unless you move to NYC or LA or some other big city. TIMES HAVE CHANGED. Our project is coming to South West Virginia and just like In LA or NYC we are seeking unpaid interns to teach the ropes of the business to. This is how most get their foot in the door in LA or NYC and get real time experience in the industry. However, with high-speed internet and remote work abilities now the industry incubates from anywhere it wants. HERE IS THE GIG: We engage in marketing, research, publishing, media, TV, Film and Podcasting (very successful) and now we seek to develop a crop of young interns who are looking for a break and someone to show them the ropes, hold them by the hand and drill them hard in the business. We will teach you everything you need to know, but you do have to know how to use computers. We have all the computers you need BUT we may allocate you a laptop to take home. There is no limit to what you might learn and the scope of what you might learn or be asked to execute. This is REAL TIME On-The-Job-Training. We put in our time in LA and NYC (plus major metro areas) but we are doing this long term southwest Virgina project in an effort to get away from the rat race of the bid city. This could lead to a paid position or full-time position after serving as an intern for as long as a year. This is merit based and nothing else. You either work hard or do not, and get the process or not, and become productive or not. But IF you learn the process, you will forever be able to employ yourself and work in the industry from anywhere in the world. You need to be tough, self-starter, eager, willing to please, willing to learn, willing to explore and willing to prove yourself. We will find what the best fit is for you. Maybe you're cut out for podcasting work or marketing, or maybe your cut out to be on camera - WHO KNOWS- but we will find out! We will support you with hands on training and direct observation of the professional process. Beautiful setting and we will ultimately be building a new remote full studio.
