Manage capital projects up to $1.0MM, focusing on savings, innovation, and infrastructure.
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects concurrently.
Support innovation and cost-saving programs by investigating, estimating, and summarizing proposals.
Lead focused improvement initiatives such as loss reduction, material quality improvement, and safety improvements.
Provide maintenance management and technical support, including root cause analysis for breakdowns and developing preventive maintenance programs.

Strong computer skills: MS Office products, MS Project, SAP, AutoCAD, PLC programming is valuable
Experience in production management, maintenance supervision and planning, and project engineering is valuable, especially in the Food & Beverage industry
Work EnvironmentThis position is based at a manufacturing plant in Suffolk, VA. The candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, using a range of technologies and equipment. The role may involve shift work and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
