Liaison Analyst (Army LNO) - Joint National Training Capability

The Army JNTC Liason Analyst provides analysis and advice on strategic, operational, and tactical assessments.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and conduct of JNTC accreditation and certification programsDocument and mitigate joint training capability(s) shortfalls identified during JNTC accreditation and certification eventsProvide feedback on efficacy of JNTC applied resourcesProvide expertise in support of the exercise lifecycle, training methodology, after-action reporting and feedbackIdentify and capture joint context issuesVisit selected training program and events to provide observations on joint context shortfalls and feedback on JNTC-implemented initiativesSupport integration of emerging doctrine and technologySupport training programs with event planning, scenario development, master scenario events list developmentProvide input to the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
