- Microsoft operating systems software
- Microsoft Office applications
- Desktop hardware and peripherals
- Desktop imaging tools
- Desktop network configuration
- Desktop software installation and configuration
- Executive support
- Smart Hands activity: physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder / reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), media replacement (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD)
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware, software, and Apple / Microsoft operating systems
- Technical college degree or comparable in Computer Science
- Certifications:
- CompTIA A+
- Baseline OEM Certifications include any of the following (depending on assignment): Dell desktop / laptop, other leading brand desktop / laptop / printer, Lenovo desktop / laptop, Lexmark printer, IBM printer, Server+
