As a Procurement Analyst, you will:Procure materials, equipment, supplies, and services based on program-specific requirements. Develop purchase orders in accordance with specifications, requirements, work statements and terms and conditions. Prepare and review proposals, select or recommend suppliers, create electronic purchase order (ePO) files for review, prepare awards and administer resulting purchase orders. Negotiate additions, deletions, or modifications to purchase orders and resolve invoicing issues. Follow established and approved procurement policies and procedures in order to provide the best value consistent with quality and service requirements while maintaining positive supplier relationships. Resolve problems to ensure prompt payment and avoid delays to end users.Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's degree and 2 years' work experience or associate degree and 4 years' work experience.

Ability to effectively communicate within a cross-functional organization.

Proven experience working with customers and suppliers building mutually beneficial relationships.

Negotiation skills and ability to find win-win solutions.

Excellent time management/organizational skills.

Proficient with MS Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures, FAR/DFAR.

Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
