TechWish, a solution driven consulting group with over 80 million in revenue and over 800 consultants, is looking for an Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud Practice Director to drive pre-sales and EBS to Cloud project delivery. Responsibilities:- Leading and managing the Oracle EBS / Fusion consulting practice.
- Manage and achieve engagement bookings and revenue targets. Identifying, pursuing, and winning and implementing consulting projects.
- Ability to maintain and expand our position as a leader in implementing Oracle ERP/ Fusion Cloud solutions.
- Develop relationships at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams
- Lead aspects of the proposal development process (including discovery, road maps, estimations, and proposal building); contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
- On time, on budget (GP) project deliverables for ‘owned’ customer projects (although this responsibility is devolved to the Project Manager at individual project level)
- Provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams
- Provide advisory services to the customers regarding Oracle ERP solutions
- Work with Business and IT Partners like Oracle to determine and define development project scope and objectives
- Manage delivery of client services across multiple accounts
- Expertise in implementing SCM Cloud or Financials Cloud modules or HCM & Payroll
- Minimum 15 years of experience in IT related industry and 10+ years in managing and implementing Oracle EBS / Fusion Cloud projects
- Demonstrated experience leading systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Experience working with C-level client contacts, managing client teams, onshore and offshore teams
- Experience with requests for proposals (RFP), client presentations, and detailing scope of work (SOW)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including creating presentations, stakeholder management and negotiations skills
- Entrepreneurial-minded, with sound judgment and navigate through complex scenarios.
