Contingent upon contract award.The contractor will be required to perform the following tasks:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Handle the management of documents, including filing, archiving, and retrieval.

Assist in writing and updating office processes and procedures.

Organize, review, and manage action items within the Action Tracking Database.

Update current status by uploading information to the designated SharePoint and/or Teams site, acting as a backup to the Operations Manager.

Organize and maintain electronic official program documents/files for easy access by the primary staff and other program office members.

Populate and monitor Morning Reports every workday.

Deliver reports to the Morning Report Coordinator.

Execute daily calendar management for primary staff.

Monitor and manage schedule, meeting, and conference room requests.

Monitor phone lines and manage communications for the primary staff.

Maintain up-to-date Government Organizational Charts and personnel counts, including Billet Identification Code (BIC) numbers.

Review travel request forms in the Defense Travel System (DTS) to ensure compliance with DTS requirements.

Execute the New Employee Check-in Process, including seat and phone assignments, updating portal rosters, and distribution of supplies.

Submit System Authorization Access Request (SAAR) Forms for Government and support contractors in support of the program management office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 15 Years experience in lieu of degree.

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a government or military environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other relevant software.

Experience in managing databases and action tracking systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Security clearance required.
