The role involves supporting the development of strategies, frameworks, policies, trainings, communication materials, and/or processes in support of client priorities, with a particular focus on AI and Generative AI. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 1+ years of relevant experience and a Master's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearances necessary for the role
Must be in the DMV area, and willing to commute into DC up to 2 days a week.
3+ years experience, or 1+ years and a Masters, working independently with minimal supervision and complete tasks in a timely manner
3+ years experience, or 1+ years and a Masters, designing and developing presentation slides and executive briefings
3+ years experience, , or 1+ years and a Masters, conducting research and applying analytical thinking to develop reports and deliver strategic recommendations
3+ years of experience, or 1+ years and a Masters, of project experience with Microsoft Office applications and tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Preferred:
Experience in federal consulting, specifically in stakeholder management
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Awareness of AI and data usage, specifically within the government sector
