This includes day-to-day client interaction and leads to the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.) and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) in order to successfully implement client vision.The work you'll do:You will play a key role in advising clients on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive mission impact, innovation, and competitive advantage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the technology landscape.Key Responsibilities:

Partner with clients to reimagine and reinvent critical aspects of the national security mission - standing up new capabilities

Diagnose/perform current state assessment, design of new capabilities and programs, organization design, running pilots and proof of concepts, strategic program/portfolio management, and/or engaging mission leaders/units to make tailored recommendations

Create transformation roadmaps

Design and implement pilot studies

QualificationsRequired:

Bachelor's degree required

4+ years of Strategy, Analysis, or Government Consulting experience

Experience producing reports and presentations for executive audiences

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Active TS/SCI with poly security clearance required for this role

Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA

Preferred:

National Security mission experience strongly preferred
