We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce, and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities, many from our Digital Studios.We serve our clients through the following types of work

Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design, and development (web, mobile, social, physical)

eCommerce strategy, implementation, and operations

Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions

Marketing Technology and Communication Technology solutions

Marketing analytics implementation and operations

Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development, and execution

Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results

Work You'll Do

Lead the team in crafting marketing, communications, and public affairs solutions for the client's program

Lead and manage the relationship with the client

Collaborate with other Deloitte employees and subcontractor teams to develop LOE for marketing and communications tasks

Work closely with Web Lead to maintain the client program website

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in communications or related field

4+ years of experience facilitating the execution of integrated public affairs and communications campaigns

Government Consulting experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

3+ years of experience creating digital campaigns and designing web and print content from concept phase through final deployment

Additional years of experience leading general marketing strategy principles like channel strategy, audience/persona development and segmentation and multi-channel creative advertising

Must be proficient in client relationship building and supporting business development pipeline

Specialized understanding of marketing strategy and business execution via technology enablement.

Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SharePoint

Professional oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Journalistic writing skills
