Perform human resources (HR) tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
Prepare documents for scanning and mailout, filing, and faxing certified forms to insurance carriers or other POC's related to the Benefits and/or Payroll processing team
Use proprietary tools, methods, and processes in performing project tasks
Develop task plans and understand best practice frameworks, and key performance metrics
Leverage HR knowledge to identify and implement business process improvement plans
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures, client-facing communications, and/or job aids and training guides

2 years of experience with providing Human Resource support services to a federal sector client
Experience with HR benefits, compensation, and/or payroll
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
Bachelor's Degree
