- Leverage technology skills and business domain knowledge to advise clients on industry, operational, and technology best practices to achieve business transformation

- Contribute to continuous development of methods and tools

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related IT discipline
- 1-2 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand and create structured solutions to complex problems
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as internet research tools
- Experience working independently with minimal guidance
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Must be located or be able to relocate to the Washington DC area prior to start (no travelers accepted)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
- Lean, Agile, ITIL, PM Agile, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, and/or Workday ERPs
- Experience using and developing dashboards in Tableau Software
