Carpenter, Helper

Emmons Residential Construction Inc. is in need of immediate help. I am looking for full time and or part time help. I am expecting interested individuals to have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to show up on time and show up EVERY DAY. You must be able to read a tape measure. Must have your own hand tools. (Toolbelt, hammer, speed square, utility knife, chalk box.) I'm looking for someone with good work ethic and has a sense of pride in their work. Ability to work without supervision is a plus but not required. Most jobs are in Roanoke, Rocky Mount, and Martinsville area. Individuals will either meet me at my house and ride to the job from there or you can drive straight to the job. Pay is based on experience. My payment schedule is pay every Friday. There is a probation period of approx. 1 month. During this time you will be paid cash. Once the probation period ends and we both agree it will work out you will be put on payroll. I take on a variety of projects. Anything from additions and remodels, decks, siding, door replacements, fencing, framing, finish trim, an occasional roof, etc. I'm looking for an individual that can think ahead and help provide not only another set of hands but be able to take some of the load off of my shoulders.
