Maintenance Technician/Property Inspector

As a Maintenance Technician/Property Inspector for our property management company you are the "boots on the ground" eyes and ears of our management staff. We depend on you to complete the tasks we need done to provide quality housing for our tenants. Your service is often what makes or breaks our company's reputation. Your demeanor and the quality of your work is what tenants will remember and tell others about.

Responsibilities include day to day maintenance tasks as well as creating move in/move out condition reports, taking marketing photos, doing vacant property checks and creating work orders for any issues found. The ideal candidate is excellent at working independently, is extremely proficient with computers, cell phones and has the skills to do things like fix/replace faucets, unclog drains, change light fixtures, smoke detectors, blinds, paint, drywall etc in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

2 years residential maintenance experience with references

-Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment and procedures

-Ability to handle physical workload

-Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with tenants and staff through email, video conferencing and text

-Basic understanding of mechanical features of a house and an eye for detail

-Extreme proficiency with computers, cell phones and a comfort with changing technology

-Reliable transportation and a good driving record

-On call availability

Compensation:

-$42,000 annually plus overtime for on call work
