Local General Contractor is seeking a part-time (potential for full time) Office Assistant
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
-Answering telephones and directing calls.
-Relationship management and promotion of company awareness through attending networking events.
-Recognize potential business opportunities and lead generation.
-Website management.
-Create /design monthly company newsletter and other marketing materials.
-Preparation of proposals and qualifications packages.
-Assisting office personnel.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
-Computer proficiency and experience Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Excellent phone and written communication skills.
-Ability to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines.
-Familiarity with the construction industry.
Job Type: Part time with potential to develop into Full time.
