Part-time Telemarketing Position-Remote
Rebath of SWVA is looking for a Super Star telemarketer for our Roanoke market and surrounding areas to join our winning team and earn extra income, work for one of the fastest growing company in the industry. This is a remote position with a laptop provided.
Mon.- Fri. 4pm-8pm Sat. 9am-1pm
General Purpose:
Customer Service skills is a must. Contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations. Confirm, Reschedule, and rehash Input lead information and answer phone calls from potential customers.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deliver scripted pitch to the homeowners.
Adjust scripted pitch to meet the needs of specific homeowners.
Handle homeowner's questions and objections.
Obtain homeowners’ information including names and addresses phone numbers etc.
Receive appointments over the telephone.
Input appointment details into the computer system.
Input homeowners’ information and important details of conversation.
Confirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representative.
Issue appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners.
Quality control phone calls
Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners who are responding to advertisements.
Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interaction.
Update lead information and maintaining notes.
Training provided.
