We are seeking two (2) qualified mechanics for employment at our Public Housing locations (one full-time permanent position and one full-time temporary assignment through May, 2019). Mechanics perform semi-skilled/skilled trade work for the maintenance of our developments, including buildings, common areas, parking lots, grounds and related facilities. Requires experience in building and equipment repair and maintenance work. The successful applicant will be required to complete a pre-employment background check that includes drug screen, criminal check, and driving check. Virginia Driver's license required.
