Description:We are seeking a Machine Operator for our production facility in Roanoke, VA.The successful candidate will manage the departmental operations within a highly automated manufacturing environment.SHIFTS:
TRAINING SHIFTS:
First few weeks (1-4 wks. Approx.) will train on regular shift 7a-3:30PMREGULAR SHIFT AFTER TRAINING:
After training the shift will be:
6a-6p- "Continental Shift" 2 days on, 2 days off. then 3 days on and 3 days off.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manual handling of product
· Prepping material
· Machine operation
· Quality control
· Departmental organization and cleaningPosition Requirements:
· Bending, stooping, lifting
· Visual inspections
· Willingness to work in non-climate-controlled environment

Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and mechanical aptitude.
Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and robotics is a plus.
