We are currently looking for a Traffic Clerk to join our team, working closely with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.Role Overview: As a Traffic Clerk , you'll be responsible for acting as a liaison between our company and our customers' traffic offices. Your key role will be to manage the inbound and outbound shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining clear and timely communication with customers, associates, and external vendors.Responsibilities:
Track, trace, and expedite shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
Address and resolve any transportation or shipping issues quickly and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to calls and meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth operation.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $17 per hour based on experience.
